Unfortunately some Americans I have spoken to in person, still feel he deserves to be called completely innocent. Yes they feel he is innocent if of the acts as a whole because he was never LEGALLY convicted. That’s a REAL case of TDS
When I researched the documents I only read the information and focused hard on the testimonials. In my own personal experiences, I’ve taken many statements as a victims advocate of 15 years, and can unfortunately, sometimes spot a false testimony when given.
It is very unfortunate when this senerio occurs but yes, sometimes it does occur. It is rare but it becomes a weapon for abusers to intimidate people to never give a statement. Its usually an “I’ll deny it, no one will believe you” type of Bullsh!t.
The most important thing to do is to go with the rule to ALWAYS LISTEN to ANYONE who said: “I was hurt” with an open ear. ALWAYS. Only after that throughout, investigation do you question any discrepancies.
You as the advocate owe this to victim as well as the integrity of the accused.
This was an FBI case not a NMV case. This case was not my investigation. Read the documents yourself and make your own conclusions. Even the censored versions that we got from the DOJ were damning to the president.
Remember that A Professional, FEDERAL, Law Enforcement Agency, found this investigation HIGHLY credible.
I, myself didn’t actually count the many, MANY, thousands of times his name was in those files, often said said by actual Victims and witnesses. They said his name in reference to perpetrating a crime, or a crime against them personally. Redacted or not he’s all over those documents.
If you are troubled by president Donald J Trump being mentioned so much by victims statements as the perpetrator of a sex crime, get in line. I’m pissed TF off too. It is a BIG problem and denying it is a worse problem because, truthfully it really is helping his behavior.

I didn’t vote for him, but if you voted republican, ever, you don’t have to defend those terrible crimes just to be a loyal party member. Thats not how it works.
